1. ACCEPTANCE
By installing or using Ruhkhan LT ("the app"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
2. WHAT THE APP IS
The app is a free, unofficial, fan-made counter for tracking life totals, damage and resource counts during casual tabletop play across a number of card games. It is provided as a personal project for personal, non-commercial use.
3. NO AFFILIATION
The app is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any game publisher, including but not limited to Wizards of the Coast, Konami, The Pokémon Company, Bandai, Bushiroad, or Pocketpair. All third-party trademarks and copyrights are the property of their respective owners. Game names appear only to identify which game a counter preset is for. The app claims no ownership of, and asserts no rights over, any third-party intellectual property, and reproduces no third-party game content or official rules.
4. LICENCE TO YOU
You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the app for its intended purpose. You may not sell, sublicense, or commercially redistribute the app, or present it as an official product of any rights holder.
5. NO WARRANTY
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. The app is a counter, not a rules engine. It does not guarantee that a tracked game state is correct.
6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE DEVELOPER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF A GAME OR MATCH, OR DISPUTED GAME RESULT, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE APP. You are solely responsible for verifying your own game state.
7. YOUR DATA
The app stores your profiles and preferences locally on your device and transmits nothing. See the Privacy Policy. You are responsible for the content of any profile name you create; do not enter another person's personal information.
8. NOT FOR SANCTIONED EVENTS
The app is not approved for official or sanctioned organised play. Use at sanctioned events is at your own risk and subject to that event's rules and judges.
9. AVAILABILITY AND CHANGES
The app is offered on a best-effort basis. Features may change or be withdrawn, and the app may be discontinued, at any time and without notice. These terms may be updated; continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.
10. TERMINATION
This licence terminates automatically if you breach these terms. You may terminate at any time by uninstalling the app.
11. RIGHTS HOLDERS
If you are a rights holder with a concern about this app, contact [email protected]. Good-faith requests will be actioned promptly, including removal of the app from distribution if required.
12. SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force.
